Systems Engineering
Our systems engineers have both professional and academic credentials in systems engineering, with demonstrated experience in:
- Needs / Gap Analysis
- Concept of Operations Development
- Requirements Development
- Requirements Analysis
- Functional Analysis
- Systems Architecture Definition / Design
- Requirements Management

Safety Engineering
Our safety engineers maintain up-to-date knowledge of ICAO, FAA, EUROCAE, and RTCA safety policies
and programs. We have demonstrated experience in developing safety analyses for various air traffic control systems, avionics equipment, and advanced airborne applications. We work with clients to ensure that they understand the safety risks entailed with their projects and systems and make informed decisions when managing safety risk. Our safety engineers have developed safety assessments and plans, including:
- Operational Safety Assessment (OSA)
- Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA)
- Preliminary System Safety Assessment / Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA)
- Sub-System Hazard Analysis (SSHA)
- Program Safety Plans
- Safety Risk Mitigation Plans
To assess safety risk, our engineers conduct subject matter expert interviews and employ analytical techniques such as:
- Fault Tree Analysis
- Event Tree Analysis
- Software Hazard Analysis
- Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Reliability, Maintainability, Availability (RMA) Analysis Monte Carlo Simulations
